6 WEEKS FIT CHALLENGE

Basically, challenge saya kali ni adalah untuk mulakan semula fat loss journey saya yang dulu bermula dari 105KG dan kini berat saya adalah 75-77kg. Walaupun hampir 30kg dah berjaya dikurangkan tapi saya nak push sekali lagi untuk challenge selama 6 minggu untuk lihat apakah progress yang mampu saya capai kali ni.

Kali ni saya akan ambil kira penurunan BODY FAT dan WEIGHT secara amnya serta peningkatan MUSCLE MASS. Saya akan kongsikan apa yang saya makan setiap hari, apa aktiviti workout saya, jenis-jenis workout, cara saya kira kalori dan sebagainya.

Saya juga akan bekerjasama dengan beberapa coach dan kawan-kawan fitness untuk kongsikan cara terbaik dan berkesan untuk turunkan berat badan, workout yang sesuai dan apa saja topik yang berkaitan. Saya harap kawan-kawan saya yang ingin belajar untuk turunkan berat badan dapat manfaatkan dari challenge saya ini nanti.
