受肺炎疫情影響，近月來不少人都過著Work from home(WFH)的日子，從前每天在公司上班會嚮往WFH的美好時光，但原來長期WFH日子並不好過！工作和生活上的種種不便令人壓力大增，又不能出外透透氣，宅在家的你會做甚麼疏肝解鬱悶呢？以下疏肝四式你都有做嗎？
．網購 / 將心儀貨品加入購物車
留在家的時間大增，同時增加了大家的網購頻率，尤其各式網店都在此時推出特別優惠，不能外出血拼抑壓已久的購物慾，隨著見到優惠碼而瞬間爆發！網購的確是疏肝方法之一，但如果怕自己衝動購物，不妨先把心儀貨品加入購物車，靜待三天後再確認「必須購買」和「暫時不用」的貨品，避免因手滑而過度購物。
．吸貓 / 寵物 / 嬰兒
