最近因為疫情的關係，相信大家也更加注重自己的健康，因此想來分享一日的營養餐點 ideas! 包含：莓果果昔碗、中東芝麻醬沙拉，還有全植物泰式黃咖哩
裡頭都有含一些提升免疫力的食材，像是薑、薑黃、蒜頭、莓果，以及新鮮的蔬果們。希望你們喜歡。大家保重! 出門記得戴口罩、多洗手。 :)
I think more and more people are aware of the health issue due to the Coronavirus. So I want to share some nutritious, immune-boosting meal ideas with you. They are Berry Smoothie Bowl, Tahini Salad, and Thai Yellow Curry.
All of them got some good ingredients to boost the immune system to support health, such as ginger, turmeric, garlic, berries, and different vegetables.
