When we moved to Malaysia, I may or may not have promised to make J his favorite chicken parm every week but then reality set in and well, 8737738484 steps, raw meat, deep frying, dirty kitchen. 🙈😅
We decided to take up the Better Meat Challenge by adikfoods and thanks to the discovery of the First Pride Green Series! So, Ella Grace made us this delicious homecooked meal in THREE steps! 🤯🤯

Any pasta sauce
Shredded cheese
1. In a baking dish, pour pasta sauce at the bottom and layer already air-fried strips over.
2. Top w shredded cheese. If you like, you can also sprinkle some dried herbs/garlic powder/chilli pepper flakes etc if you want to be a little extra. 😎
3. Air-fry or bake until cheese and sauce is bubbly and happy. Serve over pasta!

1. I like to batch cook, portion and freeze a ton of homemade pasta sauce(mushrooms, carrots, spinach etc) so you can have a complete nutritious meal anytime!
2. If you ain’t got time for that store-bought pasta sauce + frozen spinach 💪
3. Buy fancy organic cheese on sale and freeze it! Saves time, saves money!
4. Add a knob of butter to your cooked pasta after you’ve drained it. It stops it from sticking and adds a bunch of yum.
5. Run and get the First Pride Green Series online or from @foodpandamy! It’s plant-based frozen nuggets, strips, bites that are ridiculously delicious and easy for a snack, meal, or meat sub🙌🙌🙌 We are on our third bag in a week guys! 🙈🤩😍

The way to sandwich is so peculiar! I made a s'more-like chocolate cake with marshmallows sticking out boldly in a surprising way.The hard-baked chocolate cake goes well with the white marshmallows! The chocolate cake can be made with pancake mix, so it's easy to make.
*recipe*
1.Gently mix 75g of unsalted butter.
2.Add 60g of granulated sugar and mix.
3.Add 75g of beaten egg in several times and mix each time.
4.Sift in 75g of pancake mix and 30g of cocoa powder.
5.Fold (4)
6.Put the mixture into two molds ( 27✖️5.5cm ) .The center of the cake will puff up, so make it concave so that it bakes flat.
7.Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minutes.
8.Insert a bamboo skewer and check for doneness. If nothing sticks to it, it's okay.
9.Place 75g of marshmallow on one chocolate cake.
10.Sprinkle 5g of chocolate chips.
11.Sandwich with another chocolate cake.
12.Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 3 minutes.
13.Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
14.Finish.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like. It's easy to separate when it cools down.

サンドのクセがすごい!意外な方法で大胆に挟んだ、マシュマロがおもいっきりはみ出したスモアみたいなチョコケーキ作りました。硬めに焼いたチョコケーキと真っ白いマシュマロが合う!チョコケーキはホットケーキミックスでできるのでお手軽です。
*レシピ*
1.無塩バター 75gを柔らかく混ぜる。
2.グラニュー糖 60gを入れ混ぜる。
3.溶き卵 75gを数回に分けて入れ、その都度 混ぜる。
4.ホットケーキミックス 75gとココアパウダー 30gをふるい入れる。
5.さっくりと混ぜる。
6.27✖️5.5cmの型 2本に入れる。中央は膨らむので凹ませると平らに焼き上がる。
7.170度に予熱したオーブンで20分焼く。
8.竹串をさして焼き上がりを確認する。何も付いてこなければ大丈夫。
9.ひとつのチョコレートケーキにマシュマロ 75gをのせる。
10.チョコチップ 5gを散らす。
11.もうひとつのチョコレートケーキでサンドする。
12.190℃に予熱したオーブンで3分焼く。
13.型に入れたまま粗熱を取る。
14.でけた。
お好みで、粉砂糖をふる。冷めると切り分けやすいよ。

鏡餅を使ってバター餅を作りました。電子レンジでできる簡単レシピなので1月11日の鏡開きのメニューに試してみてください。ミルキィーな羽二重餅みたいで美味しいです。
*レシピ*(4✖️4cm およそ24枚)
1.大きめの耐熱容器に小さく切ったお餅 3個(156g)と牛乳 45gを入れ、ふんわりラップをかける。
2.600wの電子レンジで2分30秒程度、お餅が柔らかくなるまで加熱する。
3.砂糖 40gを入れ混ぜる。よく混ざらない場合は、電子レンジで30秒ほど追加加熱する。
4.卵黄 1個、バター 15g、片栗粉 10gを入れその都度混ぜる。
5.片栗粉の上に取り出し、好みの薄さに伸ばす。今回は12✖️32cmに伸ばしました。
6.片栗粉でくっつくのを防止しながら好みの大きさに切る。今回は4✖️4cmです。クルッとした方は2.5✖️6cmです。
7.でけた。食べ過ぎ注意だな。
I made butter rice cakes using Kagamimochi.This is a simple recipe that can be made in a microwave oven, so try it out for your Kagami-biraki menu on January 11. It tastes like milky Habutae mochi.
*Recipe* (4✖️4cm, about 24 sheets)
1.Put 3 small rice cakes (156g) and 45g of milk into a large heatproof container, and cover softly with plastic wrap.
2.Heat in a microwave oven at 600W for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds until the rice cakes become soft.
3.Add 40g of sugar and mix. If it does not mix well, heat it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
4.Add 1 egg yolk, 15g butter and 10g potato starch and mix each time.
5.Take it out on potato starch and spread it to the desired thinness.This time, I rolled it out to 12✖️32cm.
6.Cut into the desired size while preventing it from sticking with potato starch. This time it is 4✖️4cm. The curled up one is 2.5✖️6cm.
7.It's done. Be careful not to eat too much.
