ใครไม่มีอุปกรณ์ออกกำลังกาย ก็ใช้บอดี้เวทเราเองเนี่ยละค่ะ 😂😘 วันนี้เอาไอเดียท่าออกกำลังกาย 6 ท่า โดยใช้เก้าอี้ตัวเดียวมาฝาก 😆 Tag เพื่อนมาออกกำลังกายกันเร็ว 💕 ทำสัก 3-4 เซ็ทน้า 🥰🥰

1. Mountain Climbers จินลงแบบ modified ไว้ด้วยค่า เผื่อคนที่ยังไม่ถนัดท่านี้ จินทำ 60วิ ต่อเซ็ทค่า

2. Push ups + Shoulder Taps วิดพื้นจ้าา วิดพื้นและแตะไหล่ สำหรับเราท่านี้ทำครบ 12 ครั้ง ก็เหนื่อยละ555555 จินว่าท่านี้เป็นอีกท่านึงที่เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ยังวิดพื้นแบบ full push up ไม่ได้ แต่อยากฝึกไรงี้.

3. Seated Knee Tucks อันนี้ชอบมากกกก ทำเพลินเลยท่านี้ คือวุ่นวายกับการกะให้ขาอยู่ใต้เก้าอี้พอดีมาก 😂 เก้าอี้ก็เล้กเล็ก เค้าทำ 15 รอบค้าบบบ 🥰

4. Steps+Lunges เป็นอีกท่าเล่นขาท่าโปรดเรา ใครอยากชาเล้นจ์ตัวเอง ก็ถือขวดน้ำ ถือดัมเบล ถือน้ำหนักไปด้วยก็ได้ ทำข้างละ 12 ครั้งค่า

5. Chair Dips จะใช้เก้าอี้ ขอบโซฟาก็ย่อมได้ 😂 ท่านี้ได้ triceps ค่า เอาแขนย้วยๆตรงต้นแขนออกไปกัน จะบอกว่า ถ้าเพิ่งทำ ลองทำแบบงอเข่าดูจะง่ายกว่าขาตรง ถ้าอยาก challenge ตัวเองก็หาอะไรมาลองเท้าให้มันสูงขึ้น จะยากขึ้นจ้าาา ทำไป 12 รอบ.

6. Chair Lunges ท่าสุดท้าย ขาข้างนึงวางบนเก้าอี้ อีกข้างตั้งท่าเหมือน lunge ปกติเลย ทำข้างละ 12 ครั้ง

One of the places we hang out most is.... the supermarket!

Yup, I don't really keep much frozen food in my fridge but prefer to go shopping for fresh groceries in the mornings - I have to walk the boy to school anyway. As a stay-at-home mum who tries to cook as much as possible, I am at our neighbourhood supermarket practically everyday.

Surprisingly, my kids love being with me too! Therefore, sometimes we do it in the late afternoon or evening so that they can join me in my 'shopping'. They find it especially fun to push the trolley around, pick out the items, use the self-checkout counters and then help me pack everything nicely. We've been trying to bring our own reuseable shopping bags too in trying to reduce plastic wastage. 环保很重要!
