1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries

熱量320kcal/碳水20g/蛋白質25g

🇬🇧After sooo many cakes I had for the past weeks, here’s something to make me feel less guilty “Greek Yogurt” with various topping / sauce from @pleased.yoghurtbar .
From left:
🍯 Cereal crunch honey drop - Awww I love this one the most!!! Honey and yogurt are forever a match made in heaven! .
🍫 Death by chocolate - Greek Yogurt with rich dark chocolate sauce and chocolate crumbles. This one is also nice - but actually I prefer sweeter milk chocolate to dark with this greek yogurt. I’m a fit kid!! Lol.
🍋 Sunshine in a cup - Lemon sauce is also surprisingly nice with yogurt! Forgot to take a separate zoom in shot 😅.
🍓 Very wildly berries - pretty nice as well but still cannot beat honey sauce🤟🏻. @sugarcraver

Just like a lot of you, I really love to have something sweet at the end of a meal. Now, imagine if you can have your favourite desserts but without packing on high calories, fat or sugar content. That would be a wish come true. It is very possible with these few really simple food swaps to make desserts just that little bit more nutritious and guilt-free. =)

SWAP
1) Heavy Cream for Greek Yoghurt
2) Cocoa for Carob
3) White Sugar for Stevia
4) Butter for Mashed Bananas
5) Oil for Unsweetened Applesauce
6) White Flour for Oat or Almond Flour
7) Egg for Chia or Flax Seeds
8) Dairy Milk for Soy, Coconut Almond or Rice Milk
9) Cream for Silken Tofu
10) Sugar with Maple Syrup
These are few really simple food swaps to make your desserts and meals much healthier. If this is your first time using a new ingredient, rather than changing the recipe completely, start by swapping a small portion. You might not get it at the right taste or consistency to begin with. But that’s the fun part, keep experimenting until you find the right balance.

1. 1.5 cups Oat Flour – 168Cals
2. ½ cup Coconut Oil, melted – 236cals
3. ¼ cup Coconut Milk – 103Cals
4. 1 cup Coconut Flakes, unsweetened – 280Cals
5. ½ cup Goji Berries – 177Cals
6. ¼ cup Maple Syrup – 210Cals
7. 2 tbsps. Tapioca Flour – 26Cals
8. 2 tsps. Vanilla Extract – 32Cals
9. 1 tsp. Salt
39Cals per cookie
RED VELVET MUFFINS (makes 9)
1. ¾ cup Pureed Beetroot – 77Cals
2. 1.5 cups Oat Flour – 168Cals
*or any other flour of your choice.
3. 1/3 cup Coconut Oil – 155Cals
4. ½ cup Coconut Milk (or any other milk of your choice) – 206Cals
5. ¼ cup Maple Syrup – 210Cals
6. 2 tbsps. Cocoa Powder – 24Cals
7. 1.5 tsps. Vanilla Extract – 24Cals
8. 1.5 tsps. Baking Powder – 4Cals
9. ¼ tsp. Salt
Total Calories: 868Cals / 9 = 96Cals

RED VELVET BERRY TRIFLE (serves 2)
1. 1 cup Fresh Mixed Berries (strawberry, blueberries) – 66Cals
