Have you ever wondered how Czech cuisine looks like? The Chambers and Burmah 108 are working together to host 2 special Czech dinner sessions on 27-29 May 2016. :-)
Chef Jan Michálek from Prague is the guest chef for this 2-day event. Chef Michálek will be showcasing signature Czech dishes such as Bramborová Polévka (Potato Soup), Šunkový Kornoutek S Křenovým Krémem (Ham Roll With Horseradish Cream) and Svíčková Na Smetaně A Šunkou Knedlíky (Roasted Sirloin With Vegetable Cream Sauce & Ham Dumplings).
Food is served in semi-buffet style. Seats are very limited, so do hurry if you do not wish to miss this wonderful opportunity! :-)

So you all know that there are Vietnamese people living all over the world. These people are known as Viet kieu who live outside of Vietnam. American, Canadian, and Australian Viet kieus are pretty common, but did you know that there are Vietnamese people living in the Czech Republic? Well, meet Van, a programmer and photographer from Prague, who was traveling in Saigon and is probably more of a foody than me. Here's a list of the Vietnamese food that we ate and the tourist locations that we visisted:
Bun bo Hue at 300 Vo Van Tan,
The Reunification Palace,
Jade Emperor Pagoda,
Soft Shell Crab at Quan 94 at 94 Dinh Tien Hoang (There are two restaurants next to each other. They're pretty similar to me)
Lunch of Canh Chua - sour soup, ca kho - caramelized slow cooked fish, steamed pumpkin blossoms, and beef with sweet vinegar wraps at Quan Cuc Gach at 10 Dang Tat,
