今天的狀態很不佳 感覺會溜失了很多日後的機會 不再用我 怎麼辦 應該怎樣調整心情 不被焦慮繼續拉下去 一焦慮就開始專注不了 很想做好反而做不好 一焦慮就開始自閉不作聲 心裡卻有很多說話想為未能達至最佳表現而道歉 今天因為天氣早收了 唯有希望下次補拍時有進步 唉 演員們是否都會有這樣的經歷？
