I recently went to Taman Segar, Cheras for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing event between Upper Label Sdn Bhd and the Joint Management Corporation (JMC) representatives of Taman Segar Flats.

Giving back to society is the ideology behind Upper Label Sdn Bhd's latest venture, where the company together with its parent company Sri Binaraya Sdn Bhd will replace the low-cost homes for 1200 residents via implementation of the Segar Residences project Through this MOU.

Each occupant who now owns a 500-sq ft walk-up flat, will receive a brand new 900-sq ft 3-room apartment of much better quality with condominium facilities such as lifts, swimming pool and gym at zero cost!
