We’re so excited to announce our next open call for AORA: V that will respond to the theme of ‘nature/nurture’. All work selected by the jury will be exhibited digitally in the next exhibition launching in October 2021.

合作藝術家 :周書毅、王榆鈞、拉飛・邵馬

葉海地說：藝術創作就好比一場長跑，在這漫長的過程中，能夠遇到跟自己有相似頻率，並帶著同等力量去分享彼此對藝術熱情的創作者，絕非一件容易的事，而身為一個畫家，更了解到要辨一埸個展，需要多少時間積累。因此，我準備了三年，最後也藉此機會邀請三位不同領域的創作者一起參與合作，由這系列的畫作為靈感，延伸到他們各自最擅長的創作裡，成為屬於他們心中這裡的秘境。

Creating art is like a marathon for me. Through out the process of art making, if one can share his/her thoughts and passion with someone who also have the same frequency like you, that would be too good to be true. As a painter myself, to hold a solo exhibition isn’t easy. I have given myself 3 years in order to finish these new works. And I thought this would be a good opportunity for me to invite these three artists together to do some collaboration. Inspired by the concept behind the art works, each artists use his/her most familiar medium to create something new here. ------Heidi Yip
