Vegetarian Quinoa Bibimbap:
Quinoa instead of white rice were used in this dish. Quinoa comes with protein, are 2 times higher in fiber compared to other grains. Quinoa also contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds which help to boost your immune system and to reduce inflammation. Besides, quinoa is one of the best choice to substitute our usual white rice; white rice are just plainly carbs without other nutrients. Plus, quinoa is tasty!
Just a quick tip: For those who wants to try out quinoa, of course I'll be glad if you are able to replace the white rice completely with quinoa. However, it'll also be a good idea to transition slowly from white rice to quinoa for those wanting to ease into healthy eating. 😊
