On our last trip to Xitou Nature Education Area, with TPHA, we came across a special insect. At first glance, this millipede doesn’t look particularly special. However it is a millipede endemic not just to Taiwan, but to Xitou area itself!

Spotted on our latest trip! This rare sighting reminds us how vibrant and alive the forests of Taiwan 🇹🇼 are! We must be steadfast in our support and protection of these fragile habitats! 💚💚💚

Pangolins (#穿山甲) are the most trafficked animals on Earth and Taiwan is likely the last conservation stronghold for pangolins, which are listed as critically endangered on the International Union for Conservation of Nature’s Red List.

這次帶上妹妹體驗野營，選在位在苗栗泰安的打比厝溪，旁有冬瓜山步道，野營位置在橋旁，橋下即是溪床，靠近水源處，這個地點很適合新手體驗野營！
P.S 晚上會比較涼爽，建議可以帶條薄棉被喔

最後影片結束的很快，總是來得那麼突然，因為第一天就把手機電量用完了，到隔天回程才有電充，希望大家不要介意(扭

＠地點：鼻頭角秘境步道

＠故事：
開始認真接觸爬山之後，我和一些朋友們就喜歡在山上嘗試一些不一樣的玩法和挑戰。
這次挑戰的地點是鼻頭角，並且嘗試在山壁上紮營！（在山壁上紮營肯定是我今年做過最酷的事）但最後天氣實在太好太舒服，大家懶得搭帳棚，於是全體露宿在星空下。
隔天醒來，我們就在山壁上耍廢，彈吉他唱歌、在岩石上做日光浴。同行的女性夥伴平均身高174，每個都腿長的逆天，身為一個戶外攝影師，當然要做點該做的事，拿起相機紀錄下美好的畫面吧！
