This episode of The Better Show by Orange Room Events is dedicated to the ladies because we will be talking about bras and how you can better support your boobs when you’re running.
Sports bras are more important than you realise, because when you do physical activities, your boobs will bounce up and down and it can cause soreness, pain and even sagging. Thus, sports bras will help to support and protect them.
Joining me to talk about boobs and bras is Dawn Sim, yoga instructor, mother of four and marathon runner. Hope you pick up some useful tips!
