The lat pull down is a staple in my back workouts. I usually incorporate 1 or 2 heavy vertical pulling movement with in my back days as it hits your back in a different angle letting it stretch in a different plane of movement. Plus, with this @maximumadvantagegrip grips, it takes it to a whole new level.

One of my favourite back exercise. The lat push down or press down. Great way to shape up and strengthen up your lats to help you get that hour glass figure and improve your posture.

Tips
- do back and shoulder activation exercises to get better engagement of the right muscles.
- experiment on angles and hand width to see which works the muscle you want.
- ensure full range of motion not stopping halfway. Get the full stretch.
- think of using your back/lats rather than your arms to do the press down.
