In response to challenges of global aging and COVID-19, ITRI held a webinar along with over 10 APEC economic entities, jointly discussing policies, services, and collaboration on digital transformation for healthcare. In the webinar, ITRI also demonstrated its innovative telemedicine service model for smart healthcare.
We're very pleased to share this article published today in Commonwealth Magazine. This feature article offers a close-up, behind-the-scenes profile of the work we are doing at McKinsey Taiwan to help our clients undertake comprehensive, multi-year digital transformations for their businesses.
It tells of the major changes that McKinsey Taiwan has undertaken to become a true partner with its clients in the transformation of their businesses, and the enormous bottom-line impact as reflected in increased profits and boosted market valuation that our work is helping them to create.
It also discusses some of the less tangible but no less important ways we are having impact by helping our clients to create lasting and positive change in their organizations. We work hand-in-hand with our clients to drive innovation throughout all levels, from the CEO to frontline staff, of their organization. We provide extensive hands-on training and coaching in addition to the rigorous problem-solving and project management that are part and parcel of the way we help our clients achieve impact.
The article also tells the story of how Albert Chang, Senior Partner and Managing Partner of McKinsey Taipei, moved from the US to Taiwan several years ago because of his firm belief in the potential for Taiwan to become a global leader in the digitization of its economy, his confidence in the potential of Taiwan's deep pool of highly educated, hard-working talent, and, as the son of Taiwanese immigrants to the United States, his appreciation for his heritage.

上次提及到 Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 的流程與運作概念，今篇將會與大家分享一些平時能戰勝 ATS 的小技巧，希望大家能命中 HR 得到所想職位。
首先，你的 CV 所提及的經驗、職位需要針對你所申請的職位而進行特定調整。例如，「Project Manager」是一個職位的統稱，Construction 界中有 Project Manager、IT 界有 Project Manger、Event & Marketing 又有 Project Manager。你需要在 CV 中加上更多關鍵字進行職位描述，例如 「Project Manager - Software Development」、「Project Manager - Digital Transformation」。否則，在第一步已經被 ATS 所篩走。
第二，在 CV 中的技能上需要詳列每種職業特定的行內用語、專業技能以增加被 ATS 選中的機會。例如：在 Cloud System Engineer 的職位中，需要命中 「SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Microsoft Azure, AWS」等；在Digital Marketing 的職位，需要命中「Google Analytics、Google AdWords、Facebook Ads Manager」 等。ATS 會以關鍵字的命中率來評分，愈高命中率的評分便會愈高，ATS 亦會評定為最關聯 CV (Relevant Candidate)。
第三，用字的藝術。在 ATS 中，CV 所使用的專業術語，都建議不要只使用縮寫，而是要加上括號註解，例如 FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities)、NLP（Natural Language Processing)，可以提升 ATS 在進行 Keywords screening 時對你 CV 的接納程度。
最後，在 CV 的 Format 和 Layout 上。ATS 對 CV 的 Screening 有特定的 Section Headline，即是 ATS 會透過 「Work Experience」、「Education」進行分析，因為並不建議 CV 採用其他特別、花巧的用字，如 “All about Work”、”My Learning” 等等。在字體上，一般 ATS 都只接納大眾認可的字體，如Times New Roman、Arial、Calibri。避免使用過於華麗 (有機會令 ATS 出現亂碼) 的字體。
現在不少 ATS 都接納直接 upload CV 再進行 Online Application。這點需要小心，不少 ATS 會打散了你 CV 的 format 和內容，令到整個 ATS 中的 Candidate Profile 雜亂無章。根據 HR 的經驗表示10 個 candidate 中有 4 個都根本沒有 double check，所收到的 ATS application 錯亂百出，完全可以直接 delete。雖然 CV upload 是方便，但亦必須 upload 後再三 double check 你 CV 的內容是否 feed 到正確的 section。
