We know that inner fears can only be overcome by confrontation. It was scary to do arm balance poses on the rocks, but i believed in myself, just focus on breathing and muscles control. There was no difference where your hands are. 我們都知道要克服恐懼只有對抗它,在岩石上做手平衡的動作並面對眼前的懸崖,其實覺得蠻可怕,但是我相信我自己,只要專注在呼吸、肌肉控制,平常在墊上可以穩定做的動作也可以在岩石上做,過了心裡那關,手平衡放的位置就沒有太多差別了。希望自己在面對人生困境時都有勇敢克服的勇氣💪🤜👌👊

✅穩定肩胛骨的重要肌肉為前鋸肌跟斜方肌(即使文章沒提,當然還有旋轉肌袖等等,因為肩關節複合體是個複雜的結構)。
✅透過實驗,有幾個瑜伽體位法對強化穩定肩胛骨有幫助
對於前鋸肌:烏鴉式(crow),舞者式(dancer’s),平板式(plank)
